Howdy Philip – you gave an inspiring presentation last week in New Orleans. I had started to write down our procedures years ago, but had since, put it on a back burner and never finished. I think I’m going to devote the time to write at least 15 – 30 minutes every day (one bite at a time) and eventually get this done.
Again, it was a pleasure to meet you and your lovely wife, at our conference. I think you lit a fire under all of us to commit to getting our policies and procedures written down either on paper or digitally.
